Why We Built This Site
Indiana provides public access to nonconfidential court information, but the correct source depends on the item. Indiana MyCase supplies a public case view, Trial Court Calendars lists settings, and Clerk Sherry Raber maintains the official county court records. Miami Circuit Court and Superior Courts I and II divide work by local assignment. We bring those routes, contact details, numbering clues, and request steps together while keeping the distinction between an online view and an official copy clear.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how Miami County criminal and civil dockets are found and read
- Court dates: how to check the Indiana calendar and confirm a setting
- Case lookups: how MyCase searches names, case numbers, citations, and attorneys
- Record requests: how to ask the Clerk for filed or certified documents
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Indiana court, clerk, or government agency. Its limits are important:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers operate the search boxes shown on some pages and control their own results, terms, and prices. A paid signup may produce a referral payment that supports the site. We neither set those charges nor control the records a partner returns.
